Information about the owner of kulturaapp.vercel.app (Art. 10 of Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services) and the points of contact under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, the Digital Services Act.

1. Owner

  • Activity: KULTURA is a free personal project, with no ads and no economic activity.

These identification details are given voluntarily: KULTURA has no economic activity (no income, no advertising and no consideration of any kind). The tax ID (NIF) and address are not published; they are provided to the competent authorities or to whoever proves a legitimate interest and requests them by email.

2. Point of contact (Digital Services Act)

The single point of contact for Member States' authorities, the European Commission and the European Board for Digital Services (Art. 11) and for people who use the service (Art. 12) is kultura.app.contacto@gmail.com. Spanish and English are accepted.

3. Reporting illegal content

Anyone, with or without an account, can flag content they believe is illegal or against the terms in the report form or with the “Report” button inside the app. It helps to say which content it is (its link), why you think it's illegal and, if you'd like a reply, an email address.

Every notice is reviewed by a person and gets a reference. If I act on content or an account, I explain the decision to the person affected and how to appeal. If someone is in danger, call 112: the form is not an emergency service.

4. Intellectual property

The code, design and KULTURA brand belong to its owner. Title information, covers and third-party logos belong to their owners (see the attribution at the bottom of each page). To report an infringement, use the report form or the contact email.

5. Security and vulnerability reports

If you find a security issue, write to kultura.app.contacto@gmail.com with the steps to reproduce it. I'll reply and fix it as soon as possible. I won't take action against anyone researching in good faith without accessing other people's data or degrading the service. This contact is also published at kulturaapp.vercel.app/.well-known/security.txt.

6. Governing law

This site is governed by Spanish law. The conditions of use are in the terms and data processing is covered in the privacy policy.
